- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people DO NOT do their job. I rented ETTL HALL for my wedding and the previous renters that were there did not clean anything and they broke stuff. And when i brought this to the countys attention they can not even get their stories straight. First they say they knew that the stuff was broken, but they did not do a walk thru of the previous renters like they are supposed to do. And as i am awaiting my deposit check to arrive in the the mail i instead receive a notice from them that they are with holding my deposit because the hall was left filthy. We cleaned that place top to bottom, and the charges that we are being charged are AMAZINGLY everything that the previous renters broke or left behind. So they say we left behind $402.62 worth of garbage and non cleaning which there in takes my $400 deposit and leaves me owing them $2.62 after im the one that couldnt use the fridges, the stoves, the water fall outside and had to go in early to clean ALL the tables and chairs because they had bbq sauce on them and dump the trash. So i really do not want to go to small claims court so i am going in tomorrow 11-16-2015 to pay them the $2.62 in PENNIES.By Charla caraker, January 07, 2017
